To achieve this objectives; the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study population included all workers in supervisory and executive positions in the general directorates of the Ministry of Education, which numbered (1285). The study sample consisted of (297) individuals, who were selected by stratified random method, according to Krejcie and Morgan's' tables. The researcher prepared the study tool, which consisted of (59) phrases; It is divided into (6) domains. Statistical methods used: (SPSS), Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha, descriptive analysis. One-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe test for multiple comparisons.. The study findings revealed that; There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (≤0.05) due to the gender variable, in favor of students in the areas of: Administrative Communication Transparency, Performance Evaluation Transparency, and Administrative Accountability Transparency. The presence of statistically significant differences for the first five areas of administrative transparency due to years of experience; It came for those with experience (16 years or more). There are no statistically significant differences in the areas of transparency due to educational qualification. There are statistically significant differences for all areas of administrative transparency due to the variable of job type (supervisory or executive); It was in favor of supervisory positions.
