In this regard, developed countries have started to include the concept of sustainability both in planning and in practice much earlier than developing countries. In particular, they focus on renewable energy and resource sustainability in achieving the goal of sustainable growth and development, with the use of resources, urbanization, investment, production and sustainability in many other areas. In this study, the relationship between sustainable growth and renewable energy for Turkey was examined with 1998-2018 data. The concept of sustainability and the place of sustainable growth in industry and development plans, which are important road maps in reaching the given target, and its position within the targets have been examined.
