PB - Nigde Omer Halisdemir University WT - DergiPark SN - 2564-6605 SP - 1179 EP - 1187 VL - 11 IS - 4 LA - tr AB - Bu deneysel çalışmada aşınma davranışlarının incelemek amacıyla, vorteks yöntemi kullanılarak Al 6061 matrisli B4C ve GNP takviyeli hibrit kompozitler üretilmiştir. Daha sonra pin-on disk yöntemiyle, aşındırıcı zımpara kullanılarak abrasif aşınma deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deney sonuçlarına göre, yapı içerisindeki B4C kompozit numunelerin sertlik değerlerini ve aşınma dayanımları yükselmiştir. GNP oranının artmasıyla, sertlik değerleri ve aşınma kayıplarında azalma meydana gelmiştir. Bu durum grafenin kuru yağlayıcı özelliği ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Ayrıca kompozit yapı içerisindeki takviye topaklanmasına bağlı olarak oluşan porozitenin mekanik özellikler üzerinde olumsuz yönde etki yaptığı değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca, deneyler sırasında kompozit yapı içerisinden kopan B4C parçacıklarının, zımparayla birlikte ikinci bir aşındırıcı gibi davranarak, aşınma kayıplarının artmasında etkili olduğu değerlendirilmiştir. KW - Hibrit kompozit KW - Al 6061 KW - B4C KW - GNP KW - Abrasif aşınma N2 - In this experimental study, B4C and GNP reinforced hybrid composites with Al 6061 matrix were produced using the vortex method to examine the wear behavior. Then, abrasive wear tests were carried out using the pin-on disc method, using abrasive sandpaper. According to the test results, the hardness values and wear resistance of the B4C composite samples in the structure increased. The hardness values and wear losses decreased with the increase of the GNP ratio. This situation has been associated with the dry lubricating property of graphene. In addition, it was evaluated that the porosity formed due to agglomeration of the reinforcement in the composite structure had a negative effect on the mechanical properties. In addition, it was evaluated that the B4C particles, which were separated from the composite structure during the experiments, acted as a second abrasive together with the sandpaper and were effective in increasing the wear losses.
