AB  - Hukuk Felsefesi’nde Hegel modern sivil toplumu ayrıntılı bir şekilde ele alarak bu toplumun kendi iç gelişiminden kaynaklanan olumlu ve olumsuz sonuçları ortaya koyar. Sivil toplumun yaratma eğiliminde olduğu problemleri çarpıcı bir biçimde gündeme getiriyor ve özellikle yoksulluk problemini genel olarak devlet için büyük bir problem olarak görüyor olmasına karşın Hegel, mülkiyet eşitliği fikrinin, insanı öznel özgürlüğünden yoksun bırakacağı gerekçesiyle, bu probleme bir çözüm olamayacağını ileri sürer ve bu nedenle, özel mülkiyetin ortadan kaldırılması gerektiği yönündeki Platoncu düşünceyi hedef tahtasına oturtur. Hegelci felsefe geleneğinden gelen Marx ise Manifesto’da özel mülkiyetin ortadan kaldırılması fikrini modern toplumda yeniden formüle etmektedir. Bu makale, Marx’ın bu yeniden formülasyonunun Hegel’in Hukuk Felsefesi’yle yakından ilişkili olduğunu ve onun Platon’a yönelttiği eleştirilere bir yanıt niteliği taşıdığını göstermeye çalışacaktır.

N2  - In his Philosophy of Right, Hegel considers modern civil society in detail and exposes both positive and negative results springing from its inner development. Although he strikingly brings forth the problems that civil society tends to create, and particularly regards poverty as a great problem for the state in general, he argues that the idea of equality in property cannot be a solution to the problem of poverty, on account of that it leaves no room for the subjective freedom of humans. To this aim, he attacks the Platonic idea that the private property must be abolished. In Manifesto, Marx, stemming from Hegelian tradition of philosophy, reformulates the idea of the abolition of private property. This article tries to show that Marx’s reformulation is closely related to Hegel’s Philosophy of Right and has a character of being a reply to Hegel’s critique of Plato.
