The study was carried out with 276 inpatients in a public hospital. The data of the study were obtained with a questionnaire consisting of two parts, which included questions about the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants in the first part and the nursing care satisfaction scale in the second part. The Newcastle Nursing Care Satisfaction Scale, developed by Thomas et al. (1996) and validated in Turkish by Uzun (2003), was used to measure nursing care satisfaction. As a result of the research, the average score of the patients receiving service from the nursing care satisfaction scale was found to be 49.80; It was determined that there was a significant relationship between the age and the clinic where the service was received and the nursing care satisfaction score. Nursing care satisfaction, which is one of the factors affecting patient satisfaction, is also one of the main determinants of service satisfaction of patients. In this study, nursing care satisfaction was found to be below the average. For this reason, it is thought and recommended that considering the factors affecting nursing care satisfaction and making improvements to increase satisfaction may be effective in increasing satisfaction with the health institution.}, number={2}, publisher={Hüdaverdi BİRCAN}
