The verses of the Holy Qur’an contain many psychological and emotional aspects, so the study aimed to elicit the emotional skills contained in the Holy Qur’an. Measuring the level of religious guides practicing emotional skills. Verifying the level of religious guides practicing emotional skills according to the variables of specialization and professional experience. The researcher adopted the deductive approach, the inductive approach, the descriptive analytical approach, and the quantitative approach for the data collection. The study population included all the female religious guides in the Sultanate of Oman, who numbered (990) guides; distributed in all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. The total number of women guides in the governorates of: Al Batinah, Muscat, and Al Sharqiya reached (669) religious guides. Therefore, a stratified random sample was selected from these governorates, amounting to (243) religious guides, according to the table of Kriejcie and Morgan (1970). The used statistical methods: Pearson correlation coefficient, alpha coefficient, Siberman equation, descriptive analysis, single regression analysis, t-test for two independent samples. The study findings revealed that; there are six skills are: self-efficacy, impulse control and management, self-motivation, intimidation and enticement.
