Araçlar ve Yöntem: Retrospektif tek merkezli çalışmada, 11 Mart -31 Mayıs 2020 tarihleri arasında bir Üniversite Hastanesi’ndeki COVID-19 yoğun bakım ünitelerinde laboratuvar onaylı COVID-19'lu 105 hastanın kayıtları incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışmada hastaların yaş ortalaması 68.83±13.04’tür. Hastaların %40.0’ı kadın, %60.0’ı ise erkektir. Yoğun bakımda yatan hastaların %59.0’ı taburcu olurken %41.0’ı vefat etmiştir. Hastaların %45.7’sinin hemoglobin, %13.3’ünün trombosit, %72.4 lenfosit değerlerinin normalin altında olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hastaların %45.7’sinin lökosit, %68.6’sının nötrofil, %69.5’inin glikoz, %56.2’sinin üre, %60.0’ının kreatin, %30.5’inin aspartat aminotransferaz, %15.2’sinin alanin aminotransferaz, %62.9’unun C-reaktif protein, %25.7’sinin alkalen fosfataz, %54.3’ünün troponini, %15.2’sinin CK-MB, %37.1’inin ferritin, %48.6’ısının D-Dimer ve %60.0’ının fibrinojen düzeyinin artmış olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Araştırma bulguları tek bir hastanenin sonuçlarını yansıtmaktadır. Çalışmada yoğun bakımda yatan hastaların neredeyse tamamına yakını yaşlı olup %41.0’ı vefat etmiştir. Çalışmaya alınan hastaların yarıdan fazlasında lenfopeni ve nötrofili oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. KW - koronavirüs KW - pandemi KW - SARS-CoV-2 KW - yoğun bakım N2 - Purpose: The aim of the study was to evaluate some socio-demographic and laboratory data of COVID-19 patients who were followed up in the intensive care unit of a university hospital. Materials and Methods: In this retrospective, single-center study, the records of 105 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 patients in the intensive care units of a University Hospital were reviewed between March 11 and May 31, 2020. Results: The mean age of the patients in the study was 68.83±13.04 years. 40.0% of the patients were female and 60.0% were male. While 59.0% of the patients hospitalised in intensive care unit were discharged, 41.0% of them died. It was determined that 45.7% of the patients had hemoglobin levels, 13.3% had platelet counts, and 72.4% had lymphocyte values below normal. It was determined that 45.7% of the patients had elevated leukocyte levels, 68.6% had elevated neutrophil levels, 69.5% had elevated glucose levels, 56.2% had elevated urea levels, 60.0% had elevated creatinine levels, 30.5% had elevated aspartate aminotransferase levels, 15.2% had elevated alanine aminotransferase levels, 62.9% had elevated C-reactive protein levels, 25.7% had elevated alkaline phosphatase levels, 54.3% had elevated troponin levels, 15.2% had elevated CK-MB levels, 37.1% had elevated ferritin levels, 48.6% had elevated D-Dimer levels, and 60.0% had elevated fibrinogen levels. Conclusion: The research findings reflect the results of a single hospital. In the study, almost all of the patients in the intensive care unit were elderly, and 41.0% of them died. It was determined that more than half of the patients included in the study developed lymphopenia and neutrophilia. CR - 1. Chen N, Zhou M, Dong X, et al.
