KW - Ayak Postür İndeksi KW - Denge KW - Femoral Anteversiyon Açı KW - Hipermobilite KW - Medial Longitudunal Ark N2 - This study aimed to examine the relationship between changes in the medial longitudinal arch, femoral anteversion angle, balance, and hypermobility in healthy young individuals. The study was conducted on 80 students (56 female, 24 male) working at Necmettin Erbakan University, Nezahat Keleşoğlu Faculty of Health Sciences. Demographic data of all individuals were obtained. Medial longitudinal arch distribution was evaluated by Foot Posture Index (API), a dynamic balance was evaluated by the Y balance test, hypermobility was evaluated by Beighton Hypermobility scoring, and femoral anteversion angle (FAA) was evaluated by Craig's test. The mean age of all individuals was 20.78±2.37 years. The FAA was 19.28°±3.04° on the right, while it was 19.06°±3.24° on the left. The right API was 1.92±1.77 and the left API was 1.91±1.56. The hypermobility score in all humans was 1.56±1.76 cm. No correlation was found in terms of gender, dominant foot and hypermobility (p>0.05). There was no correlation between foot posture index and femoral anteversion angle (p>0.05). While positive rates were found between right and left API and right and left FAA, negative aspects were aimed between API right and dynamic posteromedial balance. The foot posture index was not found at points with femoral anteversion angle and hypermobility. However, it will take the dynamic balance of the foot posture towards the posteromedial direction. So, it is recommended to evaluate the dynamic balance in foot evaluations and if necessary dynamic balance exercises for foot posture exercises in students. CR - Ak, C., & Takinacı, Z. D. (2019).
