Prevent the employees from quitting the job despite the situations that might lead them to quit and maintain the bond between the employees and the job is defined in the literature as job embeddedness. Within this context, the study aimed to examine whether the psychological resilience of the individuals has an impact on their levels of job embeddedness within a group of participants who work in the health sector where, recently, being resilient has gained more importance.
