AB  - Bu çalışmada inşaat sektöründe müşteri odaklı yaklaşım incelenmiş olup bu yaklaşımın kapsamının ISO19650 ile ilişkisinden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışma örnek vaka çalışması ile desteklenmiş, aynı zamanda ISO 19650-BIM ve müşteri çerçevesinde şekillenen projelerin inşaat sektörüne ve müşteriye avantajları üzerinde durulmuştur.
