AB  - Bu Çalışmada arazi toplulaştırma uygulamalarında izlenen yöntemler ve karşılaşılan sorunları ele alınmaktadır. Türkiye ve bazı yabancı ülkelerde yapılan arazi toplulaştırma uygulamalarından örnekler verilmiş, kırsal alan planlanmasının, tarım arazilerinin verimli kullanımı üzerindeki etkileri açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca incelemede arazi toplulaştırmasının arazi kullanımı ve kırsal yerleşmeler üzerindeki olumlu etkileri görülmüş ve değerlendirilmiştir.

N2  - In the study it is emphasized how the best usage of the present area existence can be provided, and the methods followed in land consolidation and the problems faced in this process are pointed out. At the same time, it is aimed to take attention to the effects of land planning on agricultural lands and settlements by giving examples from the land consolidations in Turkey and in other countries.
