AB  - Türk Eğitim Sistemi’nin aşırı merkeziyetçi yapısı nedeniyle işlevini tam  olarak yerine getiremediğinden eğitimde yerinden yönetim Fransa örneğinden sonra  Türkiye’de de gündeme gelmiştir. Bu araştırmayla Türkiye’nin çeşitli bölgelerinde  bulunan farklı özelliklere sahip onbir ildeki eğitim yöneticilerinin eğitimde yerinden  yönetime ilişkin tutumları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

N2  - The insufficient functionality in Turkish Educational System due to the  extreme centralist structure had been led to the decentralisation management as it is in  France model. In this study, the attitutes of educational managers from eleven different  cities with different characteristics towards decentralisation management were  examined.
