Method: This cross-sectional study consisted of 492 menopausal women aged 45 years and above who lived in a city in the Eastern Anatolian Region of Turkey. The data were collected using the personal data form, the Menopause-Specific Hot Flash Scale, the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire, and the Sexual Satisfaction Scale for Women. Results: A strong positive significant association was found between the Menopause-Specific Hot Flash Scale and the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire (r = .694, p<0.000). A weak negative significant association was found between the Menopause-Specific Hot Flash Scale and the Sexual Satisfaction Scale for Women (r= -.189, p<0.000). A weak negative significant association was found between the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire and Sexual Satisfaction Scale for Women (r= -.291, p<0.000). Conclusion: According to the findings, as women are affected by hot flashes, their quality of life is affected similarly.
