AB  - JoyceTravelbee'ye göre, İnsan İnsana İlişki modeli hemşireliğin amacını gerçekleştirme aracıdır. Bu nedenle hemşireler hastalarla karşı karşıya kaldığında daha çok şefkat ve sempatiye dayalı uygulama ve iletişimi gerçekleştirirler. Bu olgu sunumu Travelbee’ nin insan insana ilişki modelinin “Crohn Hastalığı” tanısı nedeniyle taburculuğu planlanmış olan genç bir hastanın yeniden yaşamına uyum sağlayabilmesine “nasıl destek olabiliriz” düşüncesi ile başlanmış olup bu modelin en etkili şekilde uygulanımı amaçlanmıştır. Modelin uygulama aşaması hastanın daha yakından tanınmasına destek olmuştur. Hasta ile ilgili daha fazla bilgilere ulaşmayı ve yakın iletişimle hastayla karşılıklı güveni sağlayarak kendini ifade etme isteğinin arttığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca hastanın hastalığı ile ilgili isyanını, tepkilerini, üzüntüsünü keşfetmesini sağlamıştır. Joyce Travelbee’nin geliştirmiş olduğu insan insana ilişki modelinin hasta ile hemşire arasındaki iletişim bağını güçlendirdiği görülmüştür. Hastanın, hastalığını kabulü, uyumu, evde bakımın ve tedavinin kalitesini artırmıştır. Aynı zamanda ailenin hastanın acı çekme sürecine müdahale etmesi ve bu süreci önlemede de rol oynadığı etkili kişilerarası bir ilişki kurmasını desteklemiştir. Hasta ve ailesi taburculuk sonrası aile ortamında hastalığa uyumlarının ve desteklerinin daha güçlü olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

N2  - According to Joyce Travelbee, the Human-to-Human Relationship Model is a way to fulfill the purpose of nursing. In this model, nurses engage with patients through compassionate care and empathetic communication. This case presentation began with the question, "How can we support Travelbee's Human-to-Human Relationship Model?" The goal was to use this model to help a young patient, scheduled for discharge after being diagnosed with Crohn's disease, adapt to his life again. Applying the model allowed for a deeper understanding of the patient and aimed to implement it in the most effective way. It was observed that the patient's willingness to express himself increased with more detailed information about the patient and the establishment of mutual trust through close communication. This approach also enabled the patient to explore his feelings of rebellion, reactions, and sadness related to his illness. The use of Joyce Travelbee's Human-to-Human Relationship Model was found to strengthen the communication bond between the patient and the nurse. The patient's acceptance and adaptation to their illness improved the quality of home care and treatment. It also supported the family to intervene in the patient's suffering process and to establish an effective interpersonal relationship in which they also played a role in preventing this process. It was observed that the patient and his/her family's adaptation to the disease and support were stronger in the family environment after discharge.
