AB  - Amaç: Bu araştırma, cerrahi hastalarının Coronavirüs-2019 (COVID-19) korku düzeyleri ile ameliyata özgü kaygıları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte olan araştırmada veriler, Hasta Tanıtıcı Özellikler Formu, COVID-19 Korkusu Ölçeği ve Ameliyata Özgü Kaygı Ölçeği kullanılarak toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ortalama, standart sapma, sayı, yüzde dağılımları, Shapiro Wilk-Normal Dağılım testleri, Cronbach α değeri, Spearman Correlation testleri, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis-H testi kullanıldı. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hastaların COVID-19 Korkusu Ölçeği puan ortalamalarının 15.9±7.66 ve Ameliyata Özgü Kaygı Ölçeği puan ortalamalarının 27.5±8.18 olduğu ve aralarında pozitif yönlü, orta düzeyde güçlü bir ilişki olduğu belirlendi (p

N2  - Objective: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the fear levels of coronavirus-2019 (COVID-19) and surgery-specific anxiety of surgical patients.Method: Data were collected using the Patient Descriptive Characteristics Form, COVID-19 Fear Scale, and Surgery-Specific Anxiety Scale in the descriptive and cross-sectional study. Mean, standard deviation, number, and percentage distributions, Shapiro Wilk-Normal Distribution tests, Cronbach α value, Spearman Correlation tests, Mann Whitney U test, and Kruskal Wallis-H test were used to evaluate the data.
