Çalışma grubu 160 kadın ve 72 erkek öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 232 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Verileri toplamak amacıyla; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Gelecek Vizyonları Ölçeği ve Kariyer Uyum Yetenekleri Ölçeği Kısa Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular, Pearson Momentler Çarpım Korelasyon tekniği ve Regresyon analizi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler SPSS 21.0 programında analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, üniversite öğrencilerinin gelecek vizyonlarının kariyer uyumları toplam varyansının %38’ini açıkladığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca gelecek vizyonları alt boyutları (umut, iyimserlik ve kötümserlik) ile kariyer uyumları alt boyutları (ilgi, kontrol, merak ve güven) arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Bu sebeple, okul yaşamından iş yaşamına geçmeye hazırlanan üniversite öğrencilerinin gelecek vizyonlarının geliştirilmesinin kariyer uyumları açısından önemli bir unsur olduğu düşünülmektedir. KW - Gelecek vizyonları KW - umut KW - iyimserlik KW - kötümserlik KW - kariyer uyumu N2 - The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between university students' future visions and career adaptability. The study group consists of 252 university students, including 160 females and 72 males. To collect data, the Personal Information Form, Future Visions Scale, and Career Adaptability Scale - Short Form were used. The findings were analyzed using Pearson’s Moment Correlation technique and regression analysis in the SPSS 21.0 program. According to the results, university students' future visions accounted for 38% of the total variance in their career adaptability. Additionally, significant relationships were identified between the sub-dimensions of future vision (hope, optimism, and pessimism) and the sub-dimensions of career adaptability (interest, control, curiosity, and confidence). These findings suggest that enhancing the future visions of university students preparing to transition from school to professional life is crucial for fostering their career adaptability.
