Bu kapsamda toplamda 360 katılımcıdan veri toplanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında açıklayıcı faktör analizi, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, Fornell Larcker analizi, yakınsak ve ıraksak geçerlik analizleri ve korelasyon analizleri yapılmış ve ayrıca model uyum indekslerine bakılmıştır.Bulgular: Türkçeye uyarlanan ölçekteki alt boyutlar, orijinal ölçekte yer alan alt boyutlarla uyumlu çıkmıştır ve alt boyutlar sırasıyla şöyledir: Bireysel İnovasyon (Bİ), İşyeri İnovasyon İklimi (İİİ), Ekip İnovasyonu (Eİ) ve Örgütsel İnovasyon (Öİ) alt boyutu. Bu kapsamda ölçek, 4 alt boyut ve 24 ifadeden oluşmaktadır.Özgünlük: Çalışma kapsamında gerçekleştirilen analizlerle ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu ve Türkçe literatürde kullanılabileceği öngörülmektedir. Araştırmanın özgün yanı ele alınan ölçeğin daha önce yerli literatürde geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasını yapan başka bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. KW - İnovasyon KW - İşyerinde İnovasyon KW - Ölçek Uyarlama KW - Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik N2 - Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Turkish validity and reliability of the ‘Workplace Innovation Scale’ developed by McMurray et al. (2023) in their study titled ‘Measuring Workplace Innovation: Scale Development’.Method: To ensure the language validity of the scale, 24 statements were translated into Turkish by the relevant experts, then checked by the field experts and the data collection phase was started through the questionnaire method. In this context, data were collected from 360 participants in total. Within the scope of the study, explanatory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Fornell Larcker analysis, convergent and divergent validity analyses, and correlation analyses were conducted, and model fit indices were also examined.Results: The sub-dimensions in the scale adapted into Turkish were compatible with the sub-dimensions in the original scale and the sub-dimensions are as follows: Individual Innovation (II), Workplace Innovation Climate (WIC), Team Innovation (TE) and Organizational Innovation (OI). In this context, the scale consists of 4 sub-dimensions and 24 statements.Originality: Based on the analyses conducted within the scope of the study, it is predicted that the scale is valid and reliable and can be used in the Turkish literature. The originality of the study is that there is no other study that has conducted a validity and reliability study of the scale in the domestic literature.
