Determining whether there is a significant difference between the scales used in the research and socio-demographic variables constitutes the secondary aim of the study. Data in the study; The personal information form was collected with the employees’ Information Technologies Readiness Level, Perceived Organizational Support and Job Performance scales. A total of 327 healthcare professionals contributed to the research. The sampling method of the study was convenience sampling method. SPSS 22 and AMOS 24 package programs were used to analyze the data. Data; It was evaluated by independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis. Structural equation modeling was used in research hypothesis testing. As a result of the study, it was determined that the Information Technology Readiness levels of male healthcare professionals, doctoral graduates, Data Preparation and Control Operators and those who have worked in the institution for 6-10 years were significantly higher than other healthcare professionals. It was determined that information technology readiness and perceived organizational support had a significant and positive effect on job performance. In conclusion; It can be said that readiness for information technologies and perceived organizational support significantly affect job performance and contribute positively.}, number={2}, publisher={Hüdaverdi BİRCAN}
