AB  - Amaç: Araştırmada, multipl skleroz tanısı olan hastaların öz yönetim düzeyleri ve ilişkili faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tipteki bu araştırmanın örneklemini, basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen ve örneklem seçim kriterlerine uyan 126 multipl skleroz hastası oluşturmuştur. Veriler, katılımcıların sosyodemografik özelliklerini içeren “Katılımcı Tanıtım Formu” ve “Multipl Skleroz Öz Yönetim Ölçeği – Türkçe Versiyonu” aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemler, bağımsız gruplarda t testi ve One Way Anova testi kullanılmıştır. Post-hoc analizler için Bonferroni testi uygulanmıştır.Bulgular: Araştırmada, hastaların yaş ortalamalarının 41.86 ± 5.17 yıl ve tanı süreleri ortalamalarının 4.47 ± 3.11 yıl olduğu; %64.3’ünün kadın, %73.8’inin evli ve %43.7’sinin ise lise mezunu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hastaların Multipl Skleroz Öz Yönetim Ölçeği toplam puanlarının 76.48 ± 17.65 olduğu; yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu ve ek hastalık varlığı gibi değişkenlerin öz yönetim puanlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark yarattığı bulunmuştur (p

N2  - Aim: The study aimed to determine the self-management levels and related factors of patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Material and Method: The sample of this descriptive study consisted of 126 multiple sclerosis patients who were selected by simple random sampling method and met the sample selection criteria. "Participant Introduction Form", which includes the sociodemographic characteristics of the participants, and "Multiple Sclerosis Self-Management Scale - Turkish Version" were used to collect data. Descriptive statistical methods, independent groups t test and One Way Anova test were used to evaluate the data. Bonferroni test was applied for post-hoc analyses.Results: In the study, the average age of the patients was 41.86 ± 5.17 years and the average duration of diagnosis was 4.47 ± 3.11 years; It was determined that 64.3% were women, 73.8% were married and 43.7% were high school graduates.
