AB  - Aşı tereddüdü, bireylerin aşıları almayı ertelemeleri veya reddetmeleri olarak tanımlanır ve sağlık sistemleri için önemli bir sorun teşkil eder. Aşı tereddüdünün nedenleri arasında bilgi eksikliği, sağlık profesyonellerine güven eksikliği, yanlış bilgi ve komplo teorileri, kişisel inançlar ve kültürel faktörler yer alır. Ayrıca, sosyal medya ve yanlış bilgilendirme de tereddüdü artıran önemli etkenler arasında sayılmaktadır. Aşı tereddüdü toplum sağlığını tehdit etmektedir. Aşılanma oranlarının düşük olması, toplumda hastalıkların yeniden ortaya çıkmasına ve salgınlara yol açmakta ve bu durum hem bireylerin hem de toplumun sağlığını riske atmaktadır. Aşı tereddüdünün üstesinden gelmek için sağlık profesyonellerinin eğitimi, toplumsal farkındalık artırma kampanyaları, güvenilir bilgi kaynaklarının sağlanması ve bireysel endişelere yönelik empatili yaklaşım gibi stratejiler uygulanabilir. Ayrıca, aşı konusunda doğru ve bilimsel bilgilerin geniş kitlelere ulaştırılması önemlidir. Bu öneriler, aşı tereddüdünü azaltarak halk sağlığını korumaya yardımcı olabilir.

N2  - Vaccine hesitancy, defined as individuals delaying or refusing vaccination, is a significant problem for health systems. Reasons for vaccine hesitancy include lack of information, lack of trust in health professionals, misinformation and conspiracy theories, personal beliefs and cultural factors. In addition, social media and misinformation are important factors in increasing hesitancy. Vaccine hesitancy is a threat to public health. Low vaccination rates lead to the re-emergence of diseases and epidemics in the community, putting the health of individuals and society at risk. Strategies such as education of health professionals, public awareness campaigns, provision of reliable sources of information and empathy with individual concerns can be used to overcome vaccine hesitancy. It is also important to disseminate accurate and scientific information about vaccination to the general public. These recommendations can help protect public health by reducing vaccine hesitancy.
