AB  - Hukuk eğitimi konusunda söz alan akademisyenlerin çoğu, sistemin değişmesi gerektiğini ve yeni bir sistem ile hukuk eğitimi verilmesi gerektiğini beyan etmektedir. Mevcut eğitim sisteminin “toptancı bir mantık ile değiştirilmesi”nin mümkün olmadığı ortadadır. Bunun yerine, sistemin sıkıntılı noktalarına katkı yapacak önerilerde bulunmak gerekir. Bize göre bunlar; mukayeseli hukuk eğitimi, hukuk öğrenimi esnasında zorunlu staj ve Hukuk Fakültesi’nde mezun olunduğunda ve avukatlık stajının bitiminde yapılacak “asgari bilgi ölçme ve değerlendirme merkezi sınavı” dır.

N2  - Most of the academics in the area state that the system has to be amended and the education of law should be contacted with a new system. It is obvious that it is not possible to change the present law education system massively. Instead of this ıt is necessary purport suggestions that will support the problematic parts of the system. To our point of view comparative law education, compulsory internship during law education and “central examination for the assessment of general legal information”, which would be conducted following the graduation from law faculty and completion of law internship can be named as our suggestions.
