Bu davranışlar, iş yerinde ve iş dışında gerçekleştirilen eylemleri içerir. Liderlerin, çevre bilincini artırma, motive etme ve rehberlik etme gibi kritik rolleri bulunmaktadır. Hizmetkar liderlik anlayışı, takipçilerin ihtiyaçlarını önceliklendirme ve onları güçlendirme üzerine kurulmuştur. Çevreye özgü hizmetkar liderlik ise, liderin çevresel değerlere uygun olarak personelin çevre dostu davranışlarını teşvik etmesini içerir. Bu çalışma, çevreye özgü hizmetkar liderliğin iş yerinde ve iş dışında gerçekleştirilen çevre dostu davranışlar üzerindeki etkisini ve yeşil rol modelin bu etkideki aracılık rolünü incelemektedir. Araştırma, Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi ve Isparta Uygulamalı Bilimler Üniversitesi'nde görev yapan akademik ve idari personelden oluşan 420 kişilik bir örnekleme dayanmaktadır. Anketler, likert tipi ölçekler kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiş ve yapısal eşitlik modeli (YEM) analizi tercih edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları, çevreye özgü hizmetkar liderliğin iş yerinde ve iş dışında gerçekleştirilen çevre dostu davranışlarla pozitif bir ilişkiye sahip olduğunu ve yeşil rol modelin bu ilişkide kısmi aracılık rolü oynadığını ortaya koymuştur. Bulgular, çevreye özgü hizmetkar liderliğin ve yeşil rol modelin çevre dostu davranışları artırmada önemli rol oynadığını ve liderlerin kurumların çevresel farkındalığını artırma potansiyelini vurgulamaktadır. These behaviors include actions performed in and outside the workplace. Leaders have critical roles such as increasing environmental awareness, motivating and guiding. The servant leadership approach is based on prioritizing the needs of followers and empowering them. Environmentally specific servant leadership, on the other hand, involves the leader encouraging environmentally friendly behaviors of personnel in accordance with environmental values. The study examines the effect of environmentally specific servant leadership on environmentally friendly behaviors performed in and outside the workplace and the mediating role of the green role model in this effect. The study is based on a sample of 420 academic and administrative staff working at Süleyman Demirel University and Isparta University of Applied Sciences. The surveys are conducted using Likert-type scales and structural equation model (SEM) analysis is preferred. The analysis results reveal that environmental servant leadership has a positive relationship with environmentally friendly behaviors at work and outside of work, and the green role model plays a partial mediating role in this relationship. The findings highlight the significant role that environmental servant leadership and green role model play in increasing environmentally friendly behaviors and the potential of leaders to increase the environmental awareness of organizations.
