AB  - Bu araştırma, 2003-2024 yılları arasında Türkiye’de gerçekleştirilen sürdürülebilir liderlik ve yeşil yönetim konulu lisansüstü tezlerin içeriklerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada Türkiye Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu Ulusal Tez Merkezi'nde (YÖK-TEZ) yer alan ve belirtilen yıllar arasında yapılan çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında, yeşil yönetim ile ilgili 16 lisansüstü tez çalışmasına, sürdürülebilir liderlik ile ilgili ise 9 lisansüstü tez çalışması olmak üzere toplam 25 lisansüstü teze ulaşılmıştır. Bu tezlerin 18'i yüksek lisans tezi iken, 7'si doktora tezidir. Araştırma çalışmasının evreni ve örneklemi, tezlerin tür ve sayıları, yayınlandığı yıllar, hangi alanlarda yürütüldüğü, danışman unvanları, hedef, boyut ve yöntemleri açısından ele alınarak sistematik derleme yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma bulgularında, tezlerin çoğunluğunun 2022-2024 yıllarına ait olduğunu ve en fazla Prof. Dr. unvanlı akademisyenlerin danışmanlık yaptığını göstermektedir. Tezlerden 24 tanesi Türkçe’dir ve eğitim, işletme alanlarında yoğunlaşmaktadır.

N2  - This study aims to reveal the content of postgraduate theses on sustainable leadership and green management conducted in Turkey between 2003 and 2024. In the study, the studies in the National Thesis Centre of the Council of Higher Education of Turkey (YÖK-TEZ) and the studies conducted between the specified years were examined. Within the scope of the research, a total of 25 postgraduate theses were reached, including 16 postgraduate theses on green management and 9 postgraduate theses on sustainable leadership. While 18 of these theses are master's theses, 7 of them are doctoral theses. The population and sample of the research study were analysed in terms of the types and numbers of theses, years of publication, fields of study, supervisor titles, objectives, dimensions and methods of the theses and analysed by systematic review method. The findings of the study show that the majority of the theses belong to the years 2022-2024 and that most of the theses were supervised by academics with the title of Prof. Dr.. 24 of the theses are in Turkish and are concentrated in the fields of education and business administration.
