In the YÖKTEZ database, 81 theses completed between 2020-2024 were analysed and systematically classified and evaluated in line with the profile characteristics of these theses, the universities where they were published, the data collection tools used, the themes addressed, and the aims and recommendations of the studies. The findings revealed that researchers associated the concept of school climate with variables such as school commitment, academic achievement, school effectiveness, self-efficacy and organisational justice. It was determined that the majority of the studies were conducted at the master’s level, quantitative research methods were widely used and the "School Climate Scale" developed by Canlı et al. and the "Organisational (School) Climate Scale" developed by Hoy and Tarter were frequently preferred as data collection tools. In addition, it was determined that the postgraduate theses were grouped under five themes in terms of purpose. In the context of the suggestions offered by the studies, it was determined that school administrators should develop practices that will contribute to the improvement of school climate and in-service trainings should be organised, while researchers were advised to use different samples, methods and variables. As a result of this study, it is concluded that increasing the methodological diversity of school climate research in Turkey and implementing practical suggestions will make significant contributions to making educational environments more positive.}, number={1}, publisher={Akdeniz University}
