Materials and Methods: In this study, 32 patients with pilomatricoma diagnosed at Pathology Department of Dide University Medical Faculty, during the period 1984-1999 are presented. Findings: The mean age was 27.43 years and the majority of the cases occurred in the third decade of life. One of our cases was perforating pilomatricoma. Histopathologically, the most important feature of pilomatricoma was shadow cells (ghost cells). We observed that the most common sites were head, neck and upper limb.
