AB  - Etyoiojinin bulunamadığı veya bilinmediği ve ven /¿¡meninde trombüs mevcudiyeti He birlikte olan subklaviyan ven obstruksiyonuna Paget­Schroetter sendromu denmektedir. Öyküde sıklıkla tekrarlayıcı üst ekstrem/te kas hareketleri olduğu için efor trombozu diye de anılmaktadır. Tüm derin ven trombozları gibi subklaviyan ven trombozunda da pulmoner em bol i riski vardır.    Yükleme işçisi olarak çalışmakta olan 26 yaşında erkek hasta, hemoptizi ve sol kolda şişme yakınması ile başvurdu. Venografide subklaviyan vende trombüs, bilgisayarlı toraks tomografisinde sağ akciğerde damarlanması olmayan bir alan tesbit edildi. Pulmoner emboliye yol açan Paget­Schroetter sendromu tanısı konan hasta düşük molekül ağırlıklı heparin ve Warfarin Sodyum ile tedavi edildi.    Bu olgu, pulmoner emboli yapan Paget-Schroetter sendromunun çok nadir olması nedeniyle sunulmuş ve Paget-Schroetter sendromu literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır. N2  - Subclavian vein obstruction with a thrombus in the lumen and with unknown or undefinable etiology has been named as Paget-Schroetter syndrome. It is also known as effort thrombosis since a repetitive upper extremity muscular activity is generally present in the history. There is a risk of pulmonary embolus in subclavian vein thrombosis as the all other deep vein thromboses.    26 year-old man who was working as a porter applied to the hospital with the compliant of hemoptysis and swelling of his arm. Venogram showed a thrombus in the subclavian vein and the thoracic computed tomography revealed an unvascularized area in the right lung. The patient diagnosed as Paget-Schroetter syndrome causing pulmonary embolus was treated with low molecular weight heparine and Warf ahne Sodium.    Since Paget-Schroetter syndrome causing pulmonary embolus is a very rare entity, this case is presented, and Paget-Schroetter syndrome is discussed with a literature review.
