AB  - Spontan pnömotoraks, sık görülen ve çoğunlukla bül veya bleblerin açılmasıyla meydana gelen bir hastalıktır. Bu hastalığın nüksetme riski çok yüksek olması nedeniyle, non-invaziv veya mini-invaziv yöntemlerde tedavi edilebilmesi için son zamanlarda hızlı gelişmeler gözlenmektedir. Sunduğumuz bu iki vakada, hem solunum mekaniğini çok az bozan, hem de kozmetik açıdan torakotomiye göre daha iyi sonuçlar veren torakoskopik girişimi uyguladık. Vakalarımızda postoperatif komplikasyon gelişmedi ve kayda değer bir ağrı olmadı. Her iki vakada da göğüs tüpü postoperatif 2.gün alındı. N2  - Spontaneous pneumothorax is a common disease and it originates from the rupture of bullae or blebs. Since its recurrence rate is about 50 percent, some advanced non-invasive or mini invasive treatment methods are preferable. We applied thoracoscopic bullae resection in two patients removing the chest tubes on the second postoperative day and the patients were discharged on the third and on the fourth postoperative day.There was no postoperative complication and serious pain following this procedure.
