This methodological and descriptive study utilized 281 parents from January to August 2024. Data was collected from face-to-face interviews via an information form and the PPSC-PNP. Translation processes, expert opinions, content validity, and test-retest reliability were assessed. IBM SPSS Statistics and AMOS 26 were used for analysis. The scale demonstrated high validity (content validity index=0.96) and excellent internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha=0.986). The Exploratory Factor Analysis revealed a 3-factor structure, explaining 81.20% of the variance. The scale comprises three subdimensions: decision control, clinical competence, and caring behaviors. The Turkish scale with 3-factor 27-item has strong content validity and internal consistency, supporting its suitability as a clinical instrument for assessing parental satisfaction with pediatric nursing care in clinical care settings in Turkey. Pediatric nurses should use the PPSC-PNP to assess parental satisfaction and design targeted interventions to enhance care quality.}, number={3}, publisher={Bilecik Seyh Edebali University}
