AB  - Bu araştırma, Manisa Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde (MOSB) faaliyet gösteren yabancı ortaklı işletmelerin tedarik zinciri ve örgütsel çeviklik kapsamında performanslarının değerlendirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Günümüz rekabet ortamında şirketler ayakta kalabilmek fırsat ve tehditleri proaktif bir yaklaşımla daha önceden fark ederek değişime uyum sağlama yeteneği geliştirmek zorunda kalmaktadırlar. Örgütsel çeviklik olarak adlandırılan bu yetenek tedarik zinciri yönetimiyle birlikte performansın artmasına neden olabilmektedir.  Bu yüzden tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve örgütsel çeviklik ilişkisindeki performansın değerlendirilmesi yararlı olacaktır. Bu kapsamda, Manisa Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde faaliyet gösteren 13 yabancı ortaklı işletmelerden elde edilen verilerle araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir.  Toplanan verilerin güvenilirlik düzeylerine bakıldığında, oldukça yüksek Croncbach Alpha değerine sahip olduğu görülmüştür.  Ancak veri setinin normal dağılım göstermediği fark edildiğinden dilim regresyon kullanılarak araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, genel olarak performansla çeviklik arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Örgütsel çevikliğin alt boyutları itibariyle ayrı ayrı medyan regresyonu incelendiğinde, herhangi bir boyutun tek başına anlamlı olduğu görülmemektedir. Diğer taraftan dilim regresyon sonuçlarına göre “Cevap Verme” alt boyutunun performansa etkisi en üst yüzde 75 (q75) lik dilimde anlamlı bulunmuştur.

N2  - This research aims to evaluate the performance of foreign-owned enterprises operating in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone (MOIZ) within the scope of supply chain and organizational agility. In today's competitive environment, companies have to develop the ability to adapt to change by recognizing opportunities and threats in advance with a proactive approach.   This ability, which is called organizational agility, can lead to increased performance with supply chain management.  Therefore, it will be useful to evaluate the performance in the relationship between supply chain management and organizational agility.  In this context, the research was carried out with the data obtained from 13 foreign partner enterprises operating in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone.  When the reliability levels of the collected data were analyzed, it was seen that they had a very high Cronbach Alpha value.  However, since it was noticed that the data set did not show normal distribution, the research was carried out using quantile regression. According to the results of the research, it was observed that there is a significant relationship between performance and agility in general. When the median regression is examined separately in terms of the sub-dimensions of organizational agility, it is not seen that any dimension is significant alone. On the other hand, according to the results of quantile regression, the effect of the ‘Responsiveness’ sub-dimension on performance was found to be significant at the top 75 percent (q75).
