It implements the Heckman selection methodology to correct for selection biases. The findings provide empirical evidence supporting a positive relationship between the two variables. This suggests that engaging in meaningful work and being in supportive environments significantly contribute to enhancing overall life satisfaction. The study deepens our understanding of the link between job satisfaction and life satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of organizational strategies and policies that promote a holistic approach to employee well-being and satisfaction.
