The goal is to explore whether quantitative texture analysis can complement traditional US findings.Materials and Methods: 46 patients with 92 testis were examined using B-mode ultrasound and strain elastography (SE). A transverse US image was analyzed for each testis to extract histogram parameters such as mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, and entropy.
