AB  - Bu araştırmanın amacı, henüz istihdama katılmamış sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının iş bulma kaygısı düzeylerini belirlemek ve algıladıkları sosyal desteğin iş bulma kaygılarına etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 398’i kadın (%63,4) ve 230’u (%36,6) erkek olmak üzere 628 kişi katılmıştır. Veriler kişisel bilgi formu, İşsizlik Kaygısı Ölçeği ve Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler ile Pearson korelasyon ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Bulgular, katılımcıların yüksek düzeyde iş bulma kaygısı yaşadıklarını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu kaygının, özellikle ekonomideki istihdam zorluklarından kaynaklandığı belirlenmiştir. Sosyal destek algılarının ise orta düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. İş bulma kaygısı ile aile, arkadaş ve özel kişilerden algılanan destek arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Arkadaş desteği, aile desteği ve özel kişi desteğinin iş bulma kaygısını anlamlı düzeyde negatif yönde yordadığı saptanmıştır. Buna göre sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının arkadaş, aile ve özel kişi desteği arttıkça iş bulma kaygısı düzeylerinin düştüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

N2  - The aim of this study is to determine the levels of job finding anxiety among social workers who have not yet entered the workforce and to examine the effect of perceived social support on their job finding anxiety.  The survey model was used in the study. A total of 628 people participated in the study, of which 398 were female (63.4%) and 230 were male (36.6%). Data were collected using a personal information form, the Unemployment Anxiety Scale, and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression analyses were used to analyze the data. It was found that participants experienced a high level of job finding anxiety. This anxiety was determined to stem particularly from employment difficulties in the economy. It was observed that the level of perceived social support was medium. The results indicated a significant negative relationship between job finding anxiety and perceived support from family, friends, and significant others. Regression analysis showed that support from friends, family, and significant others significantly and negatively predicted job finding anxiety. It was concluded that as the support from friends, family and significant others increased, the level of job finding anxiety decreased.
