KW - Atıf Etkisi KW - Dergi Çeyreklik Değeri KW - Engel Modeli N2 - The aim of this study is to examine the effect of journal quartile value, author collaboration, open access, funding support and publication language of the articles published by Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture, which publishes scientific research in the field of agriculture, within the scope of WoS between the years 2008-2021, on the number of citations. This research will seek to answer the question: Do the citation counts of these research papers vary based on the five mentioned variables? After the necessary limitations and eliminations (1393 research articles) in the data set; the effect of five independent variables on the total, first two and three years citation counts was examined by Negative Binomial Regression Model and Hurdle Model. As a result of the findings, journal quartile value, national and international collaboration is a factor that increases the citation counts of the articles. Articles written in English receive more citations. Besides, it has been observed that the number of citations increases as the age of an article increases. Researchers at Faculty of Agriculture, publishing articles in high quartile value journals, national and international collaboration will increase the citation numbers of institution in WoS. Thus, Faculty of Agriculture, can achieve a more significant position in the field of agriculture, scientific and international platform. CR - Akçiğit, U. ve Özcan Tok, E. (2020).
