AB  - معلوم أنّ الوقف والابتداء من العلوم المهمّة التي حظي بالاعتناء لدى العلماء قديما وحديثا، ومن ثمرة تلك الاعتناء التي بين أيدينا اليوم كتاب علل الوقوف للسجاونديّ (ت.٥٦٠/١١٦٥) التي أصبحت مصدرا أساسيا لضبط قراءة القرآن الكريم وتجويده في كثير من البلدان الاسلامية، ونظرا لكثرة ورود حرف "لا" الدالة على عدم الوقف فيه، والتي قد يشكل لبسا على قارئ القرآن الكريم فيما يتعلق بهذا الحرف المتكرر خوف الاخلال بمعاني الآيات عند التّرتيل، قام الباحث بدراسة استقصائية لمواضع هذا الحرف من خلال الكتاب لمعرفة ما إذا كان الوقف عليه جميعا يسبب تحريفا لمعاني الآيات أو أنّ ذلك يحصل في بعض المواضع دون أخرى، نظرا لاختلاف علماء التجويد في استعمال هذا الحرف بين مكثر ومقلٍّ، وبيان ما يترتب على الوقف القبيح منها من آثار في تفسير القرآن الكريم، وذلك صونا للألسن عن الخطأ في كتاب الله تعالى، والذي قد يترتّب عليه مفاسد في العقيدة والعبادة بل في الدّين عموما. ولأهمية البحث التي تكمن في صون لسان مَن تعلّمه وأتقنه من اللحون الجليّة، التي قد تؤدي الوقوع فيه إلى تحريف كتاب الله تعالى، والقول على الله بغير حق، اختار الباحث هذا العنوان موضوعا للمقالة، وسلك في سبيل تحقيقه منهجين أساسين: المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي، ولقد توصل الباحث في النتائج إلى أنّ ما لا وقف عليه عند السجاوندي ليس كله وقفا قبيحا.

N2  - Within the science of the recitation of Qur’an the question of when to stop and when to start reciting was something taken into account by Muslim scholars in the past and in present times. A fruit of that scholarly concern is the book “Causes for Pausing The Quran’s Recitation” by al-sajạwandi (d. 560/1165) which has become a fundamental reference on the subject in many Muslim countries throughout history. Regarding the frequent appearance of the Arabic expression lā in the printed copies of the Quran to the extent that may cause significant confusion in the mind of the reciter, the book was written in order to conduct an extensive investigation regarding when on the appearance of the sign for lā in the written copy of the Quran, if the reciter does not stop for a moment his recitation the meaning of the Quranic verses may be altered. This judgement, was also arrived at depending on a study of different opinions by classical authorities on the question, with an in-depth explanation of whether the meaning of the verse recited can be altered, to what extent, how, or not. The purpose of such investigation is an evaluation of whether a person might be committing a sin in deed, or in creed, when, and how the meaning is altered. The importance of the research topic is to protect the language of the person who learns it from mistakes. Falling into these mistakes can lead to the distortion of God's book and speaking unjustly about God. For this reason, the researcher chose this title and followed inductive and analytical methods to achieve its goal. In conclusion, the researcher has determined that some of the places where one should not stop in Secavendi's book do not mean Vakıf kabih.
