It is inevitable to evaluate the groundwater potential and quality of the Siverek basin for gains such as determination of water supply and distribution. Therefore, the mechanism of groundwater should be determined by sensitive hydrological and hydrogeological modeling studies. While current groundwater studies can explain groundwater hydraulics and hydrology, there is little literature on groundwater behavior under variable parameters and different scenarios involving surface water and groundwater interactions. In this study, the TOPSIS method based on the GIS program modeling the groundwater flow was used and the evaluation parameter weights were calculated using MCDM methods. By comparing the parameters with each other, the weights of the criteria were determined by the TOPSIS method. A total score was determined according to the evaluation form for 8 different suggestions entered into the system, such as rainfall, aquifer, slope, drainage density, soil type, geology, geomorphology. The highest scoring parameters were ranked in both methods. In the last stage, the parameters were evaluated and an order of superiority was determined for the ideal solution. The study was concluded by comparing the methods among each other.}, number={2}, publisher={Harran University}
