The similarities and differences between the examined kinetic facade examples and parametric facade models have been identified. Parametric facade models have been adapted for Istanbul Gelişim University building, which was modeled using Rhinoceros software. Illuminance analysis of the existing facade was performed using Honeybee software. Analyses were conducted on June 21 and December 21. Illuminance analyses of the adapted parametric facade were performed to assess the impact of these adaptations on the illuminance. The illuminance data of the adapted parametric facade were compared with the illuminance data of the existing facade. Out of the 48 parametric façade daylight analysis datas, 46 are closer to the optimum comfort condition. Parametrik cephe modellemeleri için dünyadaki 4 farklı kinetik cephe örneği incelenmiştir. Seçilen örnekler; Penumbra – A Kinetic Daylighting and Shading System, One Ocean Thematic Pavilion, Brisbane Airport Parking Garage ve HelioTrace’dir. İncelenen kinetik cephe örneklerinin ve parametrik cephe modellemelerinin benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları belirtilmiştir. Parametrik cephe modellemeleri, Rhinoceros yazılımında modellenen İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi binasına uyarlanmıştır. Honeybee yazılımını kullanarak mevcut cephenin aydınlık düzeyi analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizler 21 Haziran ve 21 Aralık tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Parametrik cephe uyarlamalarının aydınlık düzeyine etkilerini görebilmek için parametrik cephe uyarlanmış halinin de aydınlık düzeyi analizleri yapılmıştır. Parametrik cephe uyarlanmış halinin aydınlık düzeyi verileri mevcut cephenin aydınlık düzeyi verileri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. 48 parametrik cephe gün ışığı analizi veri noktasından 46 optimum konfor koşuluna daha yakındır.
