The study group consists of 225 sport managers working in the 2019-2020 basketball season. In the data collection process, the Emotional Labour Scale adapted into Turkish by Basım and Beğenirbaş and the Perceived Stress Level Scale introduced into Turkish by Baltaş et al. (1998). In the analysis of the data, ANOVA from parametric tests, Kruskal-Wallis H and Mann-Whitney U tests from nonparametric tests were applied; Spearman Brown Correlation test was preferred to examine the relationships between the scores. According to the results, 53.2% of the sport managers experience moderate stress. The analyses show that the superficial acting scores of male managers are significantly higher than female managers. Emotional labour levels of single sport managers are higher than married managers. A low level positive and significant relationship was found between emotional labour and perceived stress level. This finding indicates that an increase in emotional labour level may lead to a certain increase in stress perception. While male managers tended to act superficially more often, female managers scored higher on displaying sincere behaviours.}, number={2}, publisher={Türkiye Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenleri Derneği}
