Araştırmanın yöntemi olarak ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubu 285 kız ve 105 erkekten oluşmaktadır. Katılımcılardan 3’ü cinsiyetini belirtmemiştir. Araştırmaya toplamda 393 kişi katılmıştır. Katılımcıların yaşları 18 ile 55 arasında değişmektedir. Veriler çevirim içi yolla ve basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği, Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği ve Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Veriler Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı ve Çoklu Regresyon Analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada yaşam doyumu ile psikolojik sağlamlık ve yaşam doyumu ile benlik saygısı arasında pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Bu araştırmada cinsiyete göre psikolojik sağlamlık düzeylerinin farklılaştığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre psikolojik sağlamlık ve benlik saygısının yaşam doyumunu %28 oranında açıklamaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları psikolojik sağlamlık ve benlik saygısının yaşam doyumunun pozitifi yordayıcıları olduğunu göstermektedir. Relational screening method was used as the method of the research. This study was conducted with students continuing their education at Iğdır University in the 2023-2024 academic year. The population of the study consists of approximately 10,000 students continuing their education at Iğdır University. The study group of the research consists of 285 girls and 105 boys. Three of the participants did not specify their gender. A total of 393 people participated in the study. 72.5 % of the participants were female and 26.5 % were male students. The ages of the participants ranged between 18 and 55. The data were collected online and by simple random sampling method. Data were collected using Personal Information Form, Self-Esteem Scale, Satisfaction with Life Scale and Psychological Resilience Scale. The data were analysed using Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. In this study, a positive and significant relationship was found between life satisfaction and psychological resilience; a positive and moderately significant relationship was found between life satisfaction and self-esteem. In this study, it was found that psychological resilience levels differed according to gender, while there was no difference between life satisfaction and self-esteem. When the findings of multiple regression analysis were analysed, it was found that psychological resilience and self-esteem together accounted for approximately 28% of life satisfaction.
