Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı (DİB), fetva hizmetlerini sunarken yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin sağladığı imkanlardan daha fazla faydalanarak bu hizmetleri daha etkili ve erişilebilir hale getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu makale, DİB’in fetva hizmetlerinin geliştirilmesi açısından yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin getirdiği fırsatlara ve potansiyellere dair bazı önerileri ele almaktadır. Makalede yapay zekânın fetva hazırlama ve sunumu süreçlerindeki rolü incelenmekte ve bu bağlamda semantik arama gibi teknolojilerin bu süreçlere entegre edilmesinin sağlayacağı faydalar üzerinde durulmaktadır. Çalışma, fetva hizmetlerinde yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin sağladığı fırsatları iki temel boyutta incelemektedir: Birincisi, mevcut fetva veri tabanının geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler; ikincisi ise fetva hizmetlerinin dijitalleşmesinde yapay zekâ temelli yaklaşımlar. Makalede dijitalleşme ve fetva hizmetleri bağlamında özellikle yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin fetva hazırlama ve sunma süreçlerindeki faydaları ele alınmaktadır. The Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı, DIB) aims to make its fatwa services more effective and accessible by leveraging the opportunities provided by AI technologies. This article addresses certain suggestions regarding the opportunities and potentials that AI technologies offer for the improvement of DIB’s fatwa services. It examines the role of AI in the processes of preparing and delivering fatwas, with a focus on the benefits of integrating technologies such as semantic search into these processes. The study explores the opportunities provided by AI technologies in fatwa services through two main dimensions: first, suggestions for improving the existing fatwa database, and second, AI-based approaches to the digitalization of fatwa services. In the context of digitalization and fatwa services, this article particularly discusses the advantages of AI technologies in the preparation and delivery of fatwas.
