AB  - Aim: This retrospective observational study aimed to evaluate postoperative pain after abdominal hysterectomy (AH), vaginal hysterectomy (VH), and total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) for benign gynecological causes. Materials and Method: This retrospective clinical study investigated 90 patients who underwent AH, VH, and TLH at a tertiary hospital between January 2023 and December 2024. The groups compared in terms of demographics, clinical characteristics, and visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores at 1, 8, and 24 hours postoperatively.Results: The mean age and ratio of postmenopausal women were significantly higher in the VH group compared to the AH and TLH groups (P
