It’s possible to cure it with local wide surgical excision and adjuvant treatment. It has been documented in case reports that this phenomenon arises from PWS, which is a congenital vascular malformation.Conclusions: Topical or radiation therapy that we use while treating various skin diseases can also increase the risk of BCC. The following presentation outlines the approach and treatment algorithm for BCC developing on the former known PWS.
