AB  - Bu çalışma, oruç uygulamasındaki nesih vakalarını incelemektedir. Önceki araştırmalar ağırlıklı olarak Bakara Suresi 184. ayetteki nesih üzerinde yoğunlaşırken, bu çalışma oruçla ilgili dört Kur’ân ayetini nesih bağlamında ele almaktadır. Ayrıca, oruçla ilgili uygulamalarda nesih konusu kaynaklarda oldukça tartışmalı bir mesele olmuştur. Bu ihtilaflar meselenin karmaşık bir hâl almasına yol açtığından, ilgili nesih örneklerinin sistematik bir şekilde sunulup açıklanmasına ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Bu bağlamda çalışma, oruç hükümlerindeki değişim sürecini ortaya koyarak ahkâm ayetlerinin Kur’ân’daki teşriî metodunu anlamada önemli bir örnek sunmayı ve tefsir ilmine katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bilindiği üzere, nesih meselesinde ayetlerin nüzul sırası büyük önem arz etmektedir. Ayrıca hüküm bildiren ayetler, muhatapların durumunu da dikkate almıştır. Bu sebeple, çalışmada öncelikle oruçla ilgili dört ayetin nüzul sırası tespit edilmiştir. Tarihsel veriler ve ayetlerin içeriğinden çıkarılan işaretlere dayanarak, bu ayetlerin ortaya çıkış sırasının şu şekilde olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır: Bakara Suresi 183 ve 184. ayetleri, oruçla ilgili ilk inen ayetler olarak birlikte yer alır. Bunları Bakara 185. ayet, son olarak da Bakara 187. ayet takip eder. Bu dört ayetin muhtevası ve onlarla ilgili sahih rivayetler, oruç uygulamasının iki aşamalı bir değişim süreci geçirdiğini göstermektedir. Bu iki aşama içerisinde üç ayrı nesih vakası yaşanmıştır. Çalışmanın bulgularına göre, bu üç nesihten ikisi ayetle ayetin neshi, biri ise ayetle sünnetin neshi şeklinde gerçekleşmiştir.

N2  - This study examines cases of naskh (abrogation) in the practice of fasting. While previous studies have focused primarily on the abrogation in verse 184 of Surah Al-Baqarah, this study examines four Qur'anic verses related to fasting in the context of abrogation. Furthermore, the issue of abrogation in the practice of fasting has been a highly controversial topic in the sources. Since these disagreements have led to the issue becoming complex, there is a need for the relevant examples of abrogation to be presented and explained in a systematic manner. In this context, the study aims to provide an important example for understanding the legislative method of the Qur'an in terms of the process of change in the rulings (ahkam) on fasting and to contribute to the science of exegesis. As is well known, the order of revelation of the verses is of great importance in the matter of abrogation. In addition, the verses containing legal injunctions were revealed with due regard to the socio-historical context and the condition of the original recipients. For this reason, the study first determined the order of revelation of the four verses related to fasting. Based on historical data and indications derived from the content of the verses, it has been concluded that the order of revelation of these verses is as follows: Verses 183 and 184 of Surah al-Baqarah are the first verses revealed regarding fasting and are mentioned together. These are followed by verse 185 of Surah al-Baqarah, and finally verse 187 of Surah al-Baqarah. The content of these four verses and the authentic narrations (riwayat) related to them indicate that the practice of fasting underwent a two-stage process of change. Within these two stages, three separate cases of abrogation occurred. According to the findings of the study, two of these three abrogations took place through the abrogation of one verse by another verse, while one took place through the abrogation of a verse by the Sunnah.
