The analysis explores research trends, frequentlystudied topics, key concepts and keywords, most prolific and highly cited authors, journals, universities, and countries, as wellas patterns of scientific collaboration. Based on a literature search conducted using predefined keywords, a total of 625 researcharticles were included in the study. The analyses were carried out using the Bibliometrix package and Biblioshiny interfacewithin the R Studio environment. The findings indicate that research on PPPs gained momentum particularly after 2005, withcitation activity peaking in 2016. USA, UK, and India emerged as leading contributors, along with journals such as BMCHealth Services Research and Health Policy, and institutions like the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine andStanford University. Although Turkey's contribution appears limited, it is nonetheless impactful. Thematic analysis revealedthat concepts such as care, management, health services, and performance are prominent. Trends in keyword usage show agrowing interest in governance, decision-making, systems, frameworks, communication, and digitalization. This study providesa comprehensive overview of the literature on PPPs in the health sector, offering strategic directions for future research andhighlighting the importance of multidisciplinary and international collaborative approaches.
