The research was conducted using the descriptive survey model. The participants of the study consisted of 225 RCMK teachers working in Düzce province during the fall semester of the 2023–2024 academic year. Data were collected using the “21st Century Skills Scale,” the “TPACK Scale,” and the “Teaching Motivation Scale.” Statistical examinations encompassed independent samples t-tests and one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Findings indicated no statistically significant distinctions in educators’ 21st-century skills or TPACK levels based on their gender, professional seniority, or teaching level. However, a significant difference emerged regarding educational background. While teaching motivation did not differ significantly by gender or teaching level, significant variations were observed concerning professional seniority and educational backround.}, number={47}, publisher={Dicle University}
