In this case report, we present a rare case of a patient who was previously thought to have leukocyte adhesion defect, but was subsequently diagnosed with Munchausen syndrome. The patient was referred to our clinic with recurrent dehiscence of the surgical incision in the suprapubicarea, and debridement and primary repair was performed.
