The concept of value, which is a reference point in action and decision-making, is the ideals that draw the framework and set the standard of behaviour. In this study, values, which is the central concept in educational approaches, is discussed in the context of religious values. Religious values are the criteria for many moral behaviours beyond worship and rituals. Religious values education involves all areas of socialisation, such as family, school, society and media and requires a joint effort. The aim of the study is to reveal the ways in which family-themed periodicals process these phenomena in the context of religious values. In this context, Diyanet Family magazine was examined with purposeful sampling, and all issues of the magazine, which was regularly published monthly between 2020 and 2024, were included in the study. Content analysis was conducted within the scope of the research, and while determining the categories of analysis, the Religious Values Education with Activities 1 and 2 books of the Presidency of Religious Affairs Publications were taken as reference. In this context, 15 linguistic units were subjected to content analysis. When the frequency of sharing linguistic units was analysed, it was found that the unit with the highest number of shared content was Allah and contextual words/words, and the unit with the lowest number of shared content was the servant’s right.}, number={37}, publisher={Sırnak University}
