Findings indicated a moderate-to-strong positive correlation between perceived leadership traits and both job satisfaction (r = 0.694, p < 0.001) and retention (r = 0.493, p < 0.001).Conclusion: Effective leadership traits are significant predictors of job satisfaction and employee retention, underscoring the importance of leadership development in healthcare settings.
