AB  - Necrotizing fasciitis is a rare, rapidly progressive, and potentially fatal soft tissue infection ofthe skin, subcutaneous tissue, fascia, or muscles. Only early clinical suspicion, appropriate antimicrobials,rapid and aggressive surgical debridement can reduce mortality and morbidity.Even with effective treatment and all care interventions, necrotizing fasciitis is a disease that isdifficult to manage. In this report, we present a necrotizing fasciitis case of a 48-year-old malewith blunt gluteal trauma after falling on stairs.

N2  - Nekrotizan fasiit (NF) deri, deri altı doku, fasya ve kas tabakasını tutan, hızla invazyon ve yayılımgöstererek yașamı tehdit eden nadir bir yumușak doku enfeksiyonudur. Tedavi, klinik olarakerken șüphe ile uygun antibiyoterapi desteğinin sağlanması ve cerrahi müdahalenin hızlı veagresif olarak yapılmasıyla mümkün olabilmektedir. Ancak bilinmelidir ki, NF tüm müdahalelere,etkili tedavi protokolleri ve hasta bakımına rağmen yönetimi zor olan bir hastalıktır. Olguda,yüksekten düșme ile gluteal bölgeden künt travmaya maruz kalmıș ve kliniğimize bașvuranakadar bir hafta süre ile perianal ve sağ alt ekstremite ağrısı için sadece semptomatik tedaviverilmiș bir nekrotizan fasiit olgusu sunulmuștur.
