Here, a three-year-old case with rectosigmoid invagination prolapsed through anus with sigmoid colon due to juvenil polip, confused with recurrent rectal prolapse, was discussed. In childhood, rectosigmoid intussusceptions can easily be confused with rectal prolapse. In recurrent rectal prolapse cases, rectosigmoid invaginations should be kept in mind. KW - Child KW - Colonic Polyps KW - Intussusception KW - Rectal Prolapse N2 - Çocukluk çağında anüsten prolabe olan rektosigmoid invajinasyonlar oldukça nadir olarak görülmektedir. Burada üç yaşında tekrarlayan rektal prolapsus ile karışan, sigmoid kolon yerleşimli bir jüvenil polibe bağlı anüsten prolabe rektosigmoid invajinasyon olgusu tartışılmıştır. Çocukluk çağında rektosigmoid invajinasyonlar kolayca rektal prolapsus ile karışabilmektedir. Tekrarlayan rektal prolapsus olgularda rektosigmoid invajinasyonlar akılda bulundurulmalıdır. CR - 1.
