This narrative review synthesizes findings from 11 empirical studies (2020–2025) sourced from Scopus and PubMed to clarify the psychological, social and behavioral impacts of cyberincivility on employees across various sectors and cultures. The findings indicate that cyberincivility negatively affects employees’ emotional health, social relationships in the workplace, motivation, and performance. Additionally, this phenomenon triggers technology-based deviant behaviors such as cyberloafing. This study highlights the importance of organization-based digital ethics strategies, online communication training, and psychosocial support to foster a healthy and adaptive work culture in the digital age.
